Yes, when installed correctly. Most UAE AC systems use 220V controls, so a conversion kit or smart interface is usually needed. We check compatibility free of charge before every installation: send a photo of your thermostat and AC unit on WhatsApp.

Some VRF systems from Daikin, Mitsubishi, LG and others need a smart adapter or gateway. Google Nest can often work with the right interface module. Ecobee usually cannot connect to VRF directly, so for VRF we often recommend KNX or Control4 climate control instead. We advise after a free inspection.

Yes, with the right relay or interface. FCU systems usually need a multi-speed relay setup, which we configure as standard during installation.

We strongly recommend it. Wrong wiring can stop cooling, damage the compressor or the thermostat, and leave visible cables. Our engineers handle wiring, programming, testing and clean wall finishing on every job.

Choose Ecobee if you use Apple HomeKit or want room sensors and air-quality monitoring. Choose Google Nest if you use Google Home or have a VRF system that needs an interface module. We recommend the right one after checking your AC system.

The Nest Learning Thermostat 4th Gen suits main living areas and premium interiors. The Nest Thermostat is a clean, cost-effective option for apartments and secondary bedrooms.

Nest is designed for low-voltage HVAC wiring, so most UAE installations need a safe conversion kit or interface. We supply and install the right one.

From AED 500 for a standard single-zone installation, from AED 950 for VRF and FCU systems that need a 24V adapter or relay, and from AED 400 per unit for 3 or more thermostats. See Ecobee installation.

Yes. Ecobee works natively with Apple HomeKit, as well as Google Home and Alexa. We set up HomeKit during installation.

Ecobee needs a 24V control signal, while most UAE AC systems use 220V controls. We install a safe 220V to 24V step-down transformer inside the AC control box.

KNX is an open, wired standard for lighting, climate, curtains and energy, supported by more than 500 manufacturers. Control4 is a complete smart home platform with one app, remotes and touch panels that also runs entertainment and security. Many villas use both: KNX as the wiring backbone and Control4 as the interface. See KNX integration and Control4 integration.

Yes. For new builds and major renovations we usually recommend wired KNX. For finished villas we can use wireless and hybrid systems, so walls stay intact. We survey the villa first. See home automation.

Yes. We offer maintenance and annual maintenance contracts (AMC), scene updates and on-site support in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
