Control4 or KNX: which system suits your villa?

Control4 is the fastest route to a fully connected home. It works with thousands of devices, runs on your existing wiring in most cases, and is ideal for finished villas and apartments where you want automation without opening walls.

KNX is a wired, open standard used in the most demanding villas and palaces. It is the right choice for new builds and full renovations, where cabling can be planned from the start and the system must work reliably for 20 years or more.

Many Dubai projects use both: KNX for lighting and climate, Control4 for cinema, audio and the user interface. We advise on the mix during the free site visit.

Smart thermostats: the quickest win

Most Dubai homes can get a Google Nest or Ecobee thermostat fitted in an afternoon. Nest installation starts from AED 450 and Ecobee installation from AED 500, including a free AC compatibility check. VRF and FCU systems need a smart adapter; we stock them.
